Our client is a rapidly developing early stage venture with outstanding and world-class leading science, good investors and strong IP. In this newly created and business critical position, you will be joining a rapidly growing organisation providing image analysis and data management solutions to the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
The company is looking to appoint an innovative, tenacious, well-networked, strategic and driven leader to manage and drive the growth and revenues from their Trial Services business (regarded as the main revenue generating part of the company) whilst managing and leading a team of highly driven and motivated individuals.
The Vice President, Trial Services is a visible, highly influential, urgent, strategic and critical hire. The position therefore requires an individual with a proven track record within all aspects of drug development and significant understanding of the regulatory requirements of drug development. This must be coupled with considerable experience in managing multi-centre/global phase III clinical trials within the CRO/Pharmaceutical industry in order to be able to 'hit the ground running'.
In order to be considered for this role, you must possess the following experience:
A BSc degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or analytical discipline
Significant industry experience coupled with a strong track record in managing global clinical trials (ideally, including Phase III)
Previous experience in the Oncology and/or CNS area
Strong operational, leadership, management and interpersonal skills.
You will also be a committed and passionate individual with a desire to be part of a highly respected, dynamic and forward-thinking organisation. With excellent communication and presentation skills, you will demonstrate strong commercial and financial awareness, combined with the vision and drive to further grow and develop an already highly profitable and dynamic and critical business.
