Supply Chain Consultant

Our client is a consulting group that are currently looking to recruit a consultant within their Supply Chain practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a supply chain professional to build/develop a consulting career with an established firm.

The Pharmaceutical practice advises it clients on a range of business opportunities spanning business process, organisation and technology enablers. The practice has experienced significant growth resulting in the need for a number of consultants.

Requirements

An impressive track record in pharmaceutical supply chain management. Clear demonstration of value creation and the management/coordination of significant change programmes. Experience working globally to drive business change or outcomes is essential.

Understanding of all facets of the pharmaceutical supply chain, from R&D through tech transfer and commercial supply covering:

• Process Development
• Product and Substance Development
• Investigational Product Supply
• Commercial manufacture
• Distribution channels.

Interests and/or strengths in one or more of the following areas are essential:

• Demand Management and Distribution requirements planning
• Inventory management
• Supply chain performance management (costs and KPI's)
• Supply Chain modeling
• Supply Chain Management tools - operational and the ongoing development and optimisation
• Process improvement methodologies Lean /6 Sigma
• GCP and GMP requirements for the manufacture and distribution of pharmaceutical products
• PMI qualified.
