Strategic Marketing Director

Our client, a leading global CMO, is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to take on their role as Strategic Marketing Director for their Modified Release Technology. This position provides Product and Market Management in support of new business development for the Oral Technologies, Modified Release Group globally as well as supporting existing customers, as required.

This position is accountable for external Market analysis as well as the development of plans and recommendations for growth including,: analysis and recommendations/plans for new/adjacent market segments ,new/expanded differentiated oral drug delivery dosage forms and new/expanded manufacturing technologies in the modified release drug delivery sector.

The position is also accountable to collaborate with Marketing Communications for the development of marketing campaigns in support of business development objectives including building awareness in target segments and lead generation.

This position will be involved in strategic planning.

Knowledge/Skills Requirements:

• Effective communication skills; the ability to communicate verbally and in written form with all levels of the organization
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Demonstrated product and/or market management experience
• Demonstrated New Product Development / Innovations experience
• Demonstrated motivational skills and leadership ability
• Demonstrated strong project planning methodology
• Knowledge and experience in cGMPs outsourcing services.
