You'll provide leadership and management to Medical Directors within a fast-growing region, ensuring the successful execution of the International Medical Affairs strategy.
You will oversee regional medical activities, ensuring coordination, consistency and quality across all countries. Key to achieving the objectives is the successful alignment of affiliates, whilst identifying and responding to the market issues that justify deviation from the core medical strategy.
Your credibility to perform this challenging and highly visible position comes from your Medical Degree and industry experience, which includes at least 4 years' successful track record in managing Medical teams at country and/or regional level. You will also have significant experience working in highly specialised therapeutic areas.
