Production Director

Our client is a breeding centre who looking for a Production Director to provide comprehensive planning, direction and management of the start-up production department. He or she will oversee the renovation of an existing unit for the provision of services. Further responsibilities include establishing breeding programmes, budgets, compliance and employee management.

You must have a minimum of 15 years experience in laboratory animal science/production with in-depth knowledge of the AAALAC accreditation system as well as regulatory affairs in animal research. Strong man-management skills are essential; the successful candidate will have to demonstrate an understanding of the sensitivities of working across different cultures.

This position is based in Singapore and offers an extremely exciting opportunity to take ownership of a new development.
