National Hospital Sales Manager

Our Client, a leading supplier of pharmaceutical and healthcare products and services, is looking for a senior sales manager to run a small national team.

Key responsibilities

• To provide day to day leadership to a team of Hospital Account Managers, ensuring clarity of purpose and activity focussed on delivery of key commercial objectives
• To deliver a high performing team environment and delivers the highest standards in account management, customer contact and commercial selling skills
• To influence and manage key stakeholders within the NHS.

• experience of team sales management, demonstrating strong people management skills
• Account Management experience
• a sales background, demonstrating the ability to influence at all levels
• a results driven mentality.
