Key Account Director (DMPK)

You will join a major international organisation, committed to the delivery of world-class development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. As part of a substantial and on-going investment in both staff and technology, the company now requires an innovative and forward-thinking Sales Leader with the vision and drive to further grow the company's global DMPK service offering.

Our client is seeking to appoint a Key Account Director (DMPK). In this newly created and highly influential and business critical role, you will be expected to manage and grow revenues from your targeted global major pharmaceutical accounts whilst acting as a business unit global account lead in determining client account management and growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth with the goal of achieving business objectives.

An experienced sales professional with excellent communication and presentation skills, you will demonstrate strong commercial and financial awareness, combined with the vision and drive to further grow and develop an already highly profitable and dynamic and critical business area.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following experience:

• BS/BA degree in a biological/chemical science discipline and ideally a Masters or PhD degree
• Proven track record in sales and in successful global account management from the CRO and/or Pharmaceutical Industry (or related)
• Relevant technical knowledge and experience of selling DMPK services (or related).
