Head of Marketing

Our client is a fast growing and profitable specialty pharmaceutical company. Their strategy is to develop, acquire and commercialise late-stage secondary care pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Due to expansion they are now looking to appoint a new Head of Marketing to lead the marketing team and deliver above target results across the portfolio.

Knowledge / experience requirements

• Demonstrable experience and success in senior marketing roles in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in leading marketing teams
• Leadership of successful Product launches
• Demonstrable experience of both UK and International Marketing
• Experience of working within a small, fast growing dynamic environment would be advantageous, or the ability to demonstrate that you are motivated to make this move.

• produce strategic plans across the current portfolio on a global basis
• provide strategic and innovative development of current brands and new brands brought into the business
• lead the launch of new brands into the UK and internationally
• develop and lead the marketing team
• be involved in the assessment of new product opportunities.

This will be a highly responsible and highly visible role in a company that is growing the commercial aspect of the company after successful growth across every brand.
