Global Clinical Study Manager

Based in the European Headquarters in Germany, the position presents an exciting opportunity to grow and develop in an international environment. Our client has a strong pipeline containing innovative products, mainly in the area of pain therapy.

Reporting to the Head of Phase I - IV Study Management you will play a key role in the company's Global Clinical Development Division. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and conduct of high quality clinical trials. In this role which combines both strategic and operational responsibilities, you will play a central role in the design and set up of clinical trials as well as overseeing the conduct within a highly regulated and visible environment.

As Global Clinical Study Manager you will lead and guide the interdisciplinary study team through the trial, support external supplier selection and management. You will be accountable for tracking and controlling the trial, within timelines and budget while ensuring quality in all steps of the preparation, conduct and closure.

Ideally educated to degree level, you will have gained substantial experience in a similar environment as a Project Manager, Study Manager or Senior CRA.. Prior experience of managing both people and studies would be an advantage, as would a strong background in monitoring. Fluent Business English is essential and a basic working knowledge of German is beneficial.
