Currently over 250 finished dosage formulations and 200 API exist in the company's range including pediatric products and technologies.
The company's strength lies in developing intellectual property in non-infringing processes and resolving complex chemistry challenges. As such it has evolved into a knowledge driven enterprise with a strong R&D focus, a multi-product portfolio with multi country manufacturing facilities, and is becoming a marketing conglomerate across the world.
After ensuring a firm foundation of cost effective production capabilities and a clutch of loyal customers, the company has entered the generic formulation segment with a global marketing network. The company strongly believes in gaining volume and market share in every business/segment it enters. Thus, as a brand it has created a name for itself in the manufacture of bulk actives, its area of core competence as well as integrated generic formulator.
The company targets a significant expansion in term of both market share and sales volumes, planning to launch a wide range of generic formulations in Germany. This ambitious plan has driven the company and they are now looking to recruit a new General Manager Germany to establish its products firmly on the local market.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will
have achievements in Sales, Marketing and Business objectives in the German generics market
develop and pursue a country specific business plan and market strategy
establish efficient distribution network for both API and formulations
set a pricing strategy and conduct market research to evolve new product strategy
offer commercial and regulatory support from the market for speed and growth of sales position
have hands-on knowledge of sick fund tenders for the generics industry in Germany
provide strategic experience of regulatory requirements and registration
be a self motivated, self starter, who enjoy a challenge and has strong admin & business acumen
have entrepreneurial experiences, and enjoys being at the head of a young and thriving business
be a highly ethical person with the ability to build trust-based relationships
possess excellent interpersonal, management, leadership and communication skills
manage the German Branch of the company independently and as a profit centre
be home-based in Germany at the location in Munich.
This role requires a reasonable amount of travel and reports to European regional HQ in London.
