Associate Director; Clinical Science (Oncology)

You will lead and drive strategy for the clinical development of designated oncology compounds, with a particular emphasis on the European development.

Leading a multi-disciplinary, multi-regional, matrix team, you will have responsibility for highly complex development decisions, assessing and integrating the input from various disciplines to create, maintain, and execute clinical development plans that will result in the regulatory approval of the compounds in multiple regions. This includes regular interaction with senior governance committees that are responsible for global agreement of protocols, strategic development of compounds and alignment of resources. Externally, you will interact extensively with key opinion leaders, providing leadership in meetings and negotiations.

To succeed in this highly visible position, you will have at least 5 years' experience in an oncology clinical development environment, which includes experience in leading international clinical development teams.
