Clinical & Regulatory Practice Leader, Hatfield

We are looking to recruit an experienced Executive Search Consultant to head our Clinical & Regulatory practice. In this senior level role, reporting to the Managing Director, you will: - define the business plan, strategy and financial objectives for the Practice
- be responsible for delivery of the Practice P&L
- provide leadership to a team of Consultants
- further establish and extend RSA's credibility as a leader in the Clinical & Regulatory area
- identify, win and deliver senior level recruitment projects within the Clinical & Regulatory area.
Educated to minimum of first degree level, you will be an experienced Executive Search consultant, with a successful track record of placing senior level staff in the Life Sciences sectors, including Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs and related areas. With excellent communication and project management skills, you will demonstrate strong commercial awareness, combined with the ability to deliver the highest quality service to both candidates and clients.
