Researcher / Delivery Consultant, Switzerland

As part of our ongoing expansion we are now looking to recruit a new researcher/delivery consultant for the Swiss Team. You will join an established team and work closely with the Director Executive Search in the Pharmaceutical Practice to deliver both local Swiss and International assignments. As a key member of the Swiss team, you will use all available sources of market intelligence to identify, locate and attract suitable candidates for specialized mid-to-senior level executive search assignments. As your career develops you will also get the opportunity to build your own international client base and revenue line.

This challenging but rewarding role requires an outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, an enquiring mind and determination to succeed, sometimes within demanding deadlines. You will build an extensive network of senior and influential industry contacts and take pride in delivering the highest quality professional service to the RSA organization.

To be considered for this position you will need to have experience in at least one of the following areas:

• A researcher/delivery consultant with several years experience within an established recruitment company, ideally within the Life Sciences sectors
• An Life Science industry professional who has worked in a business development or HR role (with responsibility for recruitment) and who wants to move into the recruitment industry
• A graduate (Life Science, Psychology, Law or Business) with some work experience
• Further, you need to be fluent in both German and English.
