To succeed in this role you will have experience of working as a recruiter or researcher in the Life Sciences sector with an established recruitment organization. • An undergraduate degree
• An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• A high degree of comfort in communicating with senior level executives
• Outstanding database and Internet research skills and a broad knowledge of business information sources
• Project oriented, and a strong work ethic
• Flexible and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Analytical professional with good attention to detail
• You should have previous experience in a similar role ideally within a search firm.
